Life update

There will be a few weeks left before I enroll to a new semester, my third year at UMT. Exam result have not release yet but I have this feeling, the result will come out just around the corner!!! Okay chill, everything's gonna be alright.

Sebelum cuti dulu aku decide nak kerja kononnya. Nak kerja kedai makan lah, fast food lah, sushi, subway, baskin robins whatsoever. Last2 aku terbongkang dekat rumah daripada puasa, raya, sampai lah sekarang. Teruk betul. Area rumah aku ni susah sikit nak cari kerja utk sebulan je. Mana entah semangat nak cari duit macam dulu2 hmmm.

If any of you guys travel to Phnom Penh, don't forget to drop by at The Snacker, a small ice cream hawker in front of Russian Market. Dalam banyak2 hawker, yang ini lah yang paling meyakinkan untuk singgah kejap. The ice cream is made up from coconut as the base of any range of flavour. To quench my thirst, trust me Cambodia is really hot (like me :p) and dry, thus I purchased this for USD 1 approx. RM4.50 (Nilai ringgit jatuh teruk masa tu) Serious sedap gila!

Tapi aku sikit pun tak menyesal (adalah sikit, apa kau ni) sebab tak kerja kan. Dompet makin nipis pulak tu, tak kerja tapi nak duit hahaha. Maybe sebab dah biasa tiap kali cuti sem mesti cari duit lebih kan. Anyhow aku memang tak plan nak pergi backpacking memana lah cuti ni sebab sorang tu kat Aussie, lepas tu aku tak ada goals pun nak simpan duit untuk backpacking lagi buat masa terdekat ni. Mostly aku simpan duit untuk tabungan masa depan, tanggung keperluan aku sikit (sebab aku follow Kewangan Graduan dkt Twitter, terbukak sikit minda) Ada lah buat saving untuk travel jauh sikit lepas LI sebelum grad nanti huhuhuhu. Sebagai reward habis belajar gitohhhh.

Sooo here I am, marathoning K-Drama all day long hahaha. K-Drama, Youtube, work out, repeat. I don't want to be a fat ass doing nothing at home. Aku ni dah lah tak kerja, income tak masuk, cubalah buat something benefit untuk diri sendiri. Haaa gitohhh. Aku pernah jugak buat Atkins, tapi bertahan selama seminggu je. Turun 3 kg beb! Memang crash gila diet aku waktu tu. Rupanya aku tak follow phase step-by-step last2 aku give up and naik lah sikit berat badan ni. I need to get rid these flabby fats here and there okay especially on my legs T_T. 

Tak nak kurus sangat, cukup lah slim, fit and healthy. 
Practicing good dietary habit is not only help for me to be slim, but actually it is very effective on my skin. I'll make sure to consume 2 L of plain water everyday, but nowadays I'm trying to consume 3L. Lots of plain water diet is really works but make sure to work out. No crash diet at all. I just eat within my calories needed which is below than 1000-1200 kcal. Somehow, I eat left over kuih raya (I know this is not good, a tart nenas is already 50 kcal) haha well perks of being a foodie, I can't resist that! But make sure kena work out to burn it back.

I would include no rice or carbs only once a day, fruits like apple and oranges in the morning and consume green tea before breakfast and before go to bed. Why I do this? Because I don't involve myself with any heavy activities, I am more to desk or sedentary activities. Plus, I do cardio workout everyday to increase fat burning. Hopefully I'd shed 5 kg at the end of this year, insya Allah.

Aku nak update cerita lain sebenarnya tapi lain yang keluar. Next time lah, haha. Toodles!
