I feel like I wanna write something haha. Baru je lepas work out. Every night before I go to sleep, I will always make sure that I have made a few cardio work out to burn this calories and fats!! Because I don't do vigorous activities in the house. Setakat house chores tu apa lah sangat. At last I spend most of my time in front of the tv and my laptop, or more to desk job.
 
Faham-faham jelah bila duduk rumah memang nak mengunyah je. Kejap-kejap ke dapur. What freaks me out is I'm not addicted with biscuits like I used to be at my house in Terengganu. Kalau dekat rumah sewa, petang-petang mesti makan biskut. Tak nak makan nasi punya pasal. Yes, I know it's a wrong way to consume for a healthy diet. Biskut oat okay lagi sebab ada oats (lagipun tu biskut kegemaran aku) tapi yang buat berat badan naik bila selalu sangat membaham biskut butter. Very high in saturated fats. Ugh, I need to stop the habit once the new semester starts soon. Should consume proper diet with more fiber and fruits after this.

Aku takdelah nak kurus sangat tapi kalau boleh nak fit macam Kajol. Her body figure doesn't count as slim, but more to fit and muscular. Tak kurus dan tak gemuk. Aku adore juga orang yang ada great figure, kaki macam chopstick, thin thigh and slim waist.

Hujung minggu ni rasa macam nak pergi jogging. Dah lama tak berlari rasanya, last berlari masa dekat airport nak kejar flight. Apa lah malas sangat. Apps Nike Run dekat phone pun tak update. Teruk betul rasa.

2016 wishlist. Hands up for Under Armour fan. Y u so sexy???

I just want to be healthy, alive and kicking, other than keep best figure till the end of my life. Kesihatan kan satu nikmat, jadi jangan kita sia-siakan. Jangan sampai satu hari nanti Allah tarik nikmat yang ada, masa tu baru tau erti bersyukur. I will try my very best, hopefully my hard work pays off!

p/s : Harapnya hari ni last aku tidur lewat. Dah 4 hari straight asyik tidur lambat.
